There are four main ways of becoming healthy.
1. Periodic Asanas (Yoga Postures), chiropractic, and nutritional supplementation.
2. Regular exercise. Exercise including walking, running, swimming, and crosscountry skiing are among the best. These forms of exercise train the body functionally the way the body and the central nervous system was designed to move the body. Exercise as often as possible. 30-34 mins. is adequate each day.
3. Diet. In time there will be posts on the various types of diets, with information on why they have become used, their effects, and method and nature of weightloss/health benefits, or reason for use.
4. Tantra Sex. This will be a topic which will be expressed. In general the activation of breathing is paramount to spiritually tranform the nature of sexual energy into spiritual creative energy. The result of this is heightened energy and spirituality rather, than lethargy, nastalgia, and even illness.
